Office Receptionist

Job responsibilities
Job Description:
1. Handle day-to-day reception of visitors and answer company landline phones.
2. Manage meeting rooms, including scheduling and purchasing refreshments (coffee, tea, etc.).
3. Receive and mail company documents and parcels.
4. Responsible for booking hotels and flights, and management expense reimbursements
5. Responsible for the reimbursement leadership phone charges, and CSR phone charges
6. Responsible for the collection, payment, and reimbursement of monthly utility and internet bills for employee condos, and its ledger management.
7. Complete other tasks as assigned by the department head.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist/concierge or related roles.
- Can communicate in English and Filipino
- Willing to work in Ortigas business district
- With pleasing personality and customer service skills
