- In charge of office supplies and/or equipment requirements including coordination with the suppliers, purchasing of requests, regular inventory of supplies, assets, and equipment.
- Responsible for the management of the company fixed assets.
- Responsible for preparing required documents for in relation to VISA requirements.
- Coordinate with employees, VISA agencies and government agencies for VISA processing and renewals.
- Assist in managing companywide events.
- From time to time, perform such tasks as may be reasonably assigned by the supervisor or other officers regardless of whether the same is related or not to his/ her position, depending on the Employer’s requirements.
- Education: Completed any 4-year course degree.
- With 1-4 years of experience in handling office administrative functions. Preference will be given to applicants with office inventory or VISA processing experiences.
