Philippines Fiber Optic Cable Network Ltd., Inc. (PFOCN), incorporated in 2018 in Manila, is the only independent fiber optic cable (FOC) communications infrastructure operator in the Philippines.
PFOCN is a subsidiary of HyalRoute Communication Group Limited, based in Singapore. With over 20 years of experience in the FOC industry, the group specializes in investing in, constructing, operating, and maintaining underground FOC networks.
