Partnership in Action: PFOCN, SPA, and the Singapore Embassy Unite for Community Impact

At PFOCN, we believe our strength is measured not only by our business achievements but also by the positive impact we create in the community. This holiday season, we are honored to reflect on a meaningful milestone: the third consecutive year of our collaborative Outreach Program with the Singapore Philippines Association Inc. (SPA) at the Lourdes Handicapped Center.

This enduring partnership, championed by SPA’s dedicated leaders and brought to life by the generous spirit of PFOCN employees and partners, embodies the core values we hold dear: compassion, community, and shared humanity. This year’s efforts were further strengthened by the hands-on participation of our CEO, Ms. Alice Xie, who joined our volunteer team—demonstrating leadership in action and PFOCN’s deep, company-wide commitment to giving back.

Together, we have transformed the holiday season into a time of genuine connection, delivering tangible support and warmth to those in need.

As we look ahead, PFOCN remains dedicated to building a legacy of meaningful action—where partnership extends beyond business, and success is measured by the positive change we create together.

In line with our mission to support young local artists and strengthen the partnership between De La Salle University and PFOCN, we launched the PFOCN Culture Wall Art and Design Competition in collaboration with DLS-College of Saint Benilde (CSB).

Inspired by a professional advice session with renowned Singaporean artists in November 2024, the competition officially launched in February 2025. It featured two categories—Hangable Artworks and Sculptures—and provided participants with materials to bring their visions to life. We received an enthusiastic response, with around 40 entries submitted. The shortlisted works were exhibited on campus for two weeks.

Economic Ministers’ Retreat Welcome Dinner, held on March 12, 2026, at the Grand
Ballroom, Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, as part of the official ASEAN 2026 Economic
Meetings hosted by the Philippine Government.
The event gathered economic ministers, senior officials, and delegates from ASEAN
Member States, providing an opportunity for dialogue and networking in support of
regional economic cooperation, innovation, digital transformation, and connectivity
initiatives across the ASEAN region.
During the event, Ms. Alice and Ms. Monaliza met with several ASEAN leaders and
government officials, including Dr. Wah Wah Maung, Union Minister of the Ministry of
Investment and Foreign Economic Relations of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar,
and Singapore Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade and Industry Gan Kim
Yong, together with other delegates attending the retreat.
